| Install the linux compatibility base system (if you haven't already) - to do this, type the following as root:
#cd /usr/ports/emulators/linux_base-f10
#make install distclean
OR
#pkg_add -r linux_base-f10
Install nspluginwrapper
#pkg_add -r nspluginwrapper
Download and extract this file to get libflashplayer.so - [Click Here]
#tar -xvf install_flash_player_11_linux.x86_64.tar.gz
add missing folder
#mkdir /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins
add symbolic link (copy this because of faulty design)
#ln -s /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-f10-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins/
add missing folder
#mkdir -p ~/.mozilla/plugins
copy the libflashplayer.so to ~/.mozilla/plugins
#cp libflashplayer.so ~/.mozilla/plugins/
Update the pluginwrapper, need to be done for each user!
#nspluginwrapper -v -a -i
if you get an error about a missing libssl file install the following port: /usr/ports/security/linux-f10-nss/ make install
Start firefox and type this in address field to check if shockwave flash is installed
